Role Overview We are seeking a Field Service Technician – Printers and Copiers to support business and consumer clients with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of printer and copier systems. This role is ideal for technicians with hands-on experience or individuals with basic IT knowledge looking to grow into a professional field service career. Technicians receive job dispatches, diagnostics assistance, and documentation support through the Eagle-tech.ai platform.
