About Eagle-tech.ai Eagle-tech.ai is an intelligent technology ecosystem designed to unify AI-driven services across Q&A platforms, field services, ecommerce, governance, multilingual support, and workflow automation. At the core of this ecosystem is Eaglet, our AI orchestration engine that assists users, technicians, enterprises, and government entities. We are building a scalable, resilient, and secure AI-powered infrastructure, and we are looking for IT Specialists to support, maintain, and evolve this ecosystem. Role Overview The IT Specialist โ€“ AI Ecosystem Support will be responsible for supporting Eagle-tech.ai's infrastructure, applications, integrations, and AI-assisted workflows. This role is ideal for IT professionals with strong foundational skills who are interested in working alongside AI systems. Experience with AI technologies is a plus but not required. Candidates with solid IT fundamentals and a growth mindset will be trained to work with Eaglet and AI-enabled systems. Key Responsibilities Core IT Support: - Monitor, support, and maintain Eagle-tech.ai platform services - Provide Tier 1 to Tier 2 technical support for internal teams and ecosystem users - Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues - Support cloud-based environments and distributed systems AI Ecosystem Support: - Assist with day-to-day operations of Eaglet AI workflows - Maintain integrations between AI services and platform modules - Help triage AI-related tickets and escalate complex issues - Document AI workflows, prompts, and operational runbooks Security and Compliance: - Apply access controls, follow security best practices, and support audits - Help maintain compliance with data protection and platform policies Required Qualifications - Solid foundation in IT support, networking, and operating systems - Comfort with cloud platforms and SaaS administration - Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills - Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset Nice to Have - Exposure to AI/LLM tooling, prompt engineering, or automation platforms - Experience with monitoring, logging, and incident response - Familiarity with multilingual or global service environments How to Apply Send your resume to careers@eagle-tech.ai with the subject "IT Specialist โ€“ AI Ecosystem Support".

Our field technicians are empowered by Eaglet, our AI assistant, to deliver faster, smarter, and more reliable on-site technical services. Role Overview We are seeking a Field Service Technician โ€“ Printers and Copiers to support business and consumer clients with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of printer and copier systems. This role is ideal for technicians with hands-on experience or individuals with basic IT knowledge looking to grow into a professional field service career. Technicians receive job dispatches, diagnostics assistance, and documentation support through the Eagle-tech.ai platform. Key Responsibilities Field Service and Technical Support: - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair printers and copiers (laser, inkjet, MFPs) - Perform installations, configurations, and network setups - Replace consumables and hardware components (rollers, fusers, drums, etc.) - Conduct routine maintenance and preventative servicing IT and Network Support (Basic to Intermediate): - Configure printers on local networks (Ethernet / Wi-Fi) - Install drivers and printing software on Windows and macOS - Troubleshoot scan-to-email, scan-to-folder, and basic connectivity issues Customer Experience: - Communicate professionally with on-site customers - Document work performed and parts used in the Eagle-tech.ai platform - Provide simple end-user guidance and best practices Required Qualifications - Mechanical aptitude and prior experience servicing office equipment, or - Strong basic IT skills with willingness to learn printer and copier systems - Reliable transportation and ability to work at customer sites - Professional communication and customer service skills Nice to Have - Manufacturer certifications (HP, Canon, Xerox, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, etc.) - Experience with managed print services or break/fix dispatch work - Familiarity with mobile dispatch / field service apps How to Apply Send your resume to careers@eagle-tech.ai with the subject "Field Service Technician โ€“ Printers and Copiers" and include your service region.
