At Eagle-Tech.ai, we strive to provide exceptional AI-powered technical support, expert guidance, and on-site service coordination. This policy outlines when refunds may be granted for services purchased through Eagle-Tech.ai. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

1. General Refund Principles

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are granted at the sole discretion of Eagle-Tech.ai. All refund decisions are final. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the transaction.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances.

2.1 Duplicate or Accidental Charges

If you were billed more than once for the same service or subscription, a full refund will be issued for the duplicate charge(s).

2.2 Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a charge was made without your authorization, please contact support immediately. After investigation, unauthorized charges may be refunded.

2.3 System or Platform Errors

Refunds will be issued when a service failure is caused by website or app malfunction, payment processing issues, or AI system errors preventing service delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following items cannot be refunded.

3.1 AI-Generated Answers (Pay-Per-Question)

Once an AI response is generated and delivered, the service is considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.

3.2 Completed On-Site Services

Once a technician has completed an on-site visit and the service has been delivered, no refund will be granted.

3.3 Subscription Services Already Used

Subscription periods that have already begun or been used are non-refundable.

3.4 Consultations Delivered by Experts

Live consultations delivered by independent experts cannot be refunded after the session has occurred.

4. Cancellations

4.1 Service Bookings

You may cancel a scheduled on-site service prior to the technician's dispatch without penalty. Cancellations made after dispatch may incur a dispatch fee.

4.2 Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds will be issued.

5. Hardware and Product Returns

For physical products purchased through Eagle-Tech.ai:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly
  • Refunds for returned products are processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item

6. How to Request a Refund
