If you submit such information voluntarily, it is your responsibility to remove it.

5. AI USE

Our AI is used to generate responses, provide troubleshooting suggestions, draft communications, and improve user workflow and experience.

We do not sell your AI prompts, monetize private chat data, or train models using identifiable customer information. Input may be anonymized to improve platform functions.

6. LOCATION AND FIELD SERVICE DATA

To support field services, we may collect appointment address, technician GPS location while active, arrival/route ETA, and historical service location metadata. We do not continuously track users. Location is active only during job activity.

7. COOKIES AND TRACKING

We use session cookies, performance analytics, anonymized traffic data, and device fingerprinting (anti-fraud). We do not use invasive tracking, keylogging, or unauthorized surveillance. Users may disable cookies, although certain features may not function.

8. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use data to operate and improve the Platform, facilitate booking and dispatch, identify qualified providers, route customers to the best solution, maintain safety, and comply with legal/regulatory expectations.

We do not sell or broker user data.

9. SHARING OF DATA

We may share data with independent providers you hire, payment processors, background check services (if voluntarily opted), enterprise clients where you perform work, logistics systems for appointment routing, and cloud infrastructure vendors.

We do not share AI prompts tied to your identity, private messages publicly, marketplace bids to competing users, or device serials with third parties outside service context.

10. COMMUNICATIONS

By using the Platform, you agree to receive service notifications, booking confirmations, arrival alerts, payment receipts, and legal or compliance notices. Marketing is opt-out only.

11. PROVIDER VISIBILITY

Technicians, MSPs, freelancers and experts agree that listings and resumes are public, reviews may be displayed, and reputational metrics may appear (ratings, cancellation rate, response time). These exist to protect customers and marketplace integrity.

12. USER-PROVIDED CONTENT

Users may share problem descriptions, device details, and photos of equipment. Users may not share SSNs, banking access, personal passwords, crypto wallets/seed phrases, PHI medical records, or security surveillance data. You agree to sanitize sensitive data before sharing.

13. DATA SECURITY

We implement AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2 or higher in transit, role-based access controls, IP reputation filters, credential rotation enforcement, and cloud isolation techniques. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure. You accept risk of digital interaction.

14. CHILDREN

The Platform is not intended for minors under age 13. We do not knowingly process their data. Accounts belonging to minors are removed when detected.

15. DATA RETENTION

We retain limited user data as long as necessary: account profiles, transaction history, invoices, tax documents, and safety records. We permanently delete stored credentials, chat logs older than policy thresholds, device scans from expired jobs, and photos unrelated to service outcomes. We comply with applicable retention laws.

16. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on jurisdiction, you may access your personal data, request correction or updates, limit processing, request deletion, export your data, or withdraw consent. We may refuse deletion where tax records must remain, active disputes exist, legal orders apply, or fraud investigations are in progress.

17. INTERNATIONAL USERS

If accessing from EU/EEA: GDPR applies, we may appoint a DPO, cross-border data may be anonymized, and no third-party AI vendors receive identifiable data without explicit consent.

18. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

We integrate with Stripe / banking processors, Firebase / hosting, mapping (e.g., Google or Mapbox), cloud infrastructure, device inventory partners, hardware logistics firms, and marketplace tools. We do not control their privacy policies. You must review their policies independently.

19. INCIDENT RESPONSE

In case of cybersecurity incident, ransomware, or data breach, we will notify affected users as required by law, secure impacted systems, investigate scope, and provide legally mandated disclosures. We do not provide ransomware negotiation.

20. NO DATA SALES

We never sell customer, expert, device, Q&A conversation, or location tracking data. We do not allow brokers, scrapers, data resale, or harvesting marketplaces.

21. LEGAL COOPERATION

We may share data only to prevent fraud, harassment, threats, system abuse, criminal activity, stalking, or identity theft. This may include law enforcement cooperation, IP address tracing, account audit trails, and arbitration records.

22. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may revise this Policy at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last Updated" date and a summary of key changes.
