1. Purpose of This Policy
Eagle-Tech.ai uses artificial intelligence, large language models, and automated diagnostics to assist technicians and clients, interpret and summarize complex information, provide troubleshooting suggestions, automate service routing and recommendations, and enhance marketplace efficiency.
This policy establishes how the AI should be used, the limits of its use, safety boundaries, prohibited applications, and user responsibilities.
2. Foundational Principles
2.1 Beneficial Use
AI must be deployed in ways that improve user experience, increase productivity, support decision-making, and promote fair access to information. AI must not be deployed in ways that cause physical, economic, or social harm.
2.2 Human Oversight
AI is assistive, not authoritative. Any AI-supported decision must be reviewed by a human before execution. Users must evaluate the safety of recommendations, regulatory compliance, ethics of application, and potential impact on people and systems.
2.3 Transparency
We are transparent about when AI is used to generate responses, summarize information, or route requests. AI-generated content is identified as such within the Platform.
2.4 Privacy and Data Minimization
AI processes only the data needed to perform a task. Identifiable customer information is not used to train third-party models without explicit consent.
2.5 Fairness and Non-Discrimination
We work to reduce bias in our AI systems and prohibit use of AI to discriminate based on protected characteristics.
3. Permitted Uses
AI on the Platform may be used to answer technical questions, draft service tickets and communications, suggest troubleshooting steps, summarize logs and documents, route service requests, and recommend qualified providers.
4. Prohibited Uses
AI on the Platform must not be used to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content; bypass security systems; impersonate other people or entities; produce malware, exploits, or attack tooling; create disinformation or harassment; circumvent safety controls; or evade legal and regulatory requirements.
5. Sensitive Domains
AI assistance is limited in domains that require licensed professionals, including medical diagnosis, legal advice, and financial planning. AI output in these areas is informational only and must not replace qualified human judgment.
6. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it, providing accurate inputs, respecting the rights of third parties, and complying with applicable laws.
7. Safety and Security
We implement guardrails to detect and block unsafe content, monitor for misuse, and continuously improve safety controls. Users may report unsafe AI behavior to our safety team.
8. Accountability
Eagle-Tech.ai maintains internal review of AI systems, audits high-impact use cases, and updates models, prompts, and guardrails based on findings.
9. Updates
This policy is reviewed regularly and may be updated as our AI capabilities and the regulatory environment evolve.
