1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Eagle-Tech.ai ecosystem, including marketplace listings, AI assistance and responses, technical Q&A services, field technician dispatch, remote troubleshooting, hardware and electronics purchases, software and service contracts, user accounts and communication, and enterprise service engagements.

By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Eagle-Tech.ai.

2. PLATFORM MODEL

Eagle-Tech.ai is a neutral technology marketplace. We do not employ technicians, provide direct services, supervise work, act as contractor, guarantee results, or offer warranties for services or labor. The Platform connects clients with independent professionals. Any relationship created is strictly between Client and Provider.

3. USER ELIGIBILITY

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter a contract, and not be previously banned or suspended.

4. ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. SERVICES OFFERED

The Platform offers AI-driven Q&A and assistance, marketplace for IT and field service professionals, ecommerce for hardware and software, scheduling and dispatch, and enterprise integrations.

6. PAYMENTS

Payments are processed through PCI-compliant third parties. Fees, taxes, and refunds are governed by the applicable order or service agreement. Eagle-Tech.ai may collect platform service fees.

7. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Service cancellations may be subject to provider terms and dispatch fees.

8. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access, harass other users, scrape data, or use the Platform for illegal activity. Eagle-Tech.ai may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Platform content, code, branding, and AI models are the property of Eagle-Tech.ai or its licensors. You retain rights to content you submit, but grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to operate the Platform.

10. AI OUTPUTS

AI-generated responses are provided for informational and assistive purposes. Outputs are not professional advice and must be reviewed by a qualified human before action. Eagle-Tech.ai is not liable for decisions made solely on AI output.

11. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

Independent providers, freelancers, technicians, and vendors are not employees of Eagle-Tech.ai. We do not guarantee the work, conduct, or results of any provider.

12. DISCLAIMERS

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eagle-Tech.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eagle-Tech.ai from claims arising out of your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.

16. CHANGES

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
