2. PLATFORM MODEL

Eagle-Tech.ai operates as a technology marketplace.

  • Scheduling & logistical tools

  • Device metadata tracking

  • Communication utilities

We do not directly provide IT labor, repairs, or consulting.

Interactions are created between:

Client ↔ Provider (Technician / Expert / Vendor)


3. TYPES OF DATA WE COLLECT

B. Platform Usage Data

We do not store full credit card numbers.

11. PROVIDER PROFILES

Technicians, MSPs, freelancers and experts agree that:

  • Listings and resumes are public

  • Reviews may be displayed

  • Reputational metrics may appear (ratings, cancellation rate, response time)

These exist to protect customers and marketplace integrity.


12. CUSTOMER-TO-PROVIDER DATA EXCHANGE

Users may share:

  • problem descriptions,

  • device details,

  • photos of equipment.

Users may not share:

  • SSNs,

  • banking access,

  • personal passwords,

  • crypto wallets/seed phrases,

  • PHI medical records,

  • security surveillance data.

You agree to sanitize sensitive data before sharing.


13. DATA STORAGE & SECURITY

We implement:

  • AES-256 encryption at rest

  • TLS 1.2 or higher in transit

  • Role-based access controls

  • IP reputation filters

  • Credential rotation enforcement

  • Cloud isolation techniques

No method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
You accept risk of digital interaction.

Accounts belonging to minors are removed when detected.
