Role Overview
The IT Specialist – AI Ecosystem Support will be responsible for supporting Eagle-tech.ai’s infrastructure, applications, integrations, and AI-assisted workflows. This role is ideal for IT professionals with strong foundational skills who are interested in working alongside AI systems.
Experience with AI technologies is a plus but not required. Candidates with solid IT fundamentals and a growth mindset will be trained to work with Eaglet and AI-enabled systems.
Key Responsibilities
Core IT Support
- Monitor, support, and maintain Eagle-tech.ai platform services.
- Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for internal teams and ecosystem users.
- Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues.
- Support cloud-based environments and distributed systems.
AI Ecosystem Support (Eaglet)
- Assist with AI workflow operations and system health monitoring.
- Support AI integrations, APIs, and automation pipelines.
- Validate AI outputs, flag anomalies, and escalate issues when required.
- Work alongside Eaglet to resolve incidents and optimize workflows.
Systems & Infrastructure
- Support servers, cloud resources, and containerized services.
- Assist with deployments, updates, and patch management.
- Maintain system documentation and operational runbooks.
- Support security controls, access management, and compliance requirements.
Collaboration & Optimization
- Collaborate with engineering, AI, and product teams.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Strong foundational IT knowledge (systems, networking, troubleshooting).
- Experience supporting applications or infrastructure in a production environment.
- Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls).
- Ability to document issues clearly and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to learn AI-enabled systems and workflows.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Exposure to AI platforms, machine learning tools, or automation frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with APIs, REST services, or scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Knowledge of DevOps or ITSM practices.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, ITIL, or similar).
