1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Eagle-Tech.ai ecosystem (“Platform”), including:

  • Marketplace listings

  • AI assistance and responses

  • Technical Q&A services

  • Field technician dispatch

  • Remote troubleshooting

  • Hardware and electronics purchases

  • Software and service contracts

  • User accounts and communication

  • Enterprise service engagements

By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use Eagle-Tech.ai.


2. PLATFORM MODEL

Eagle-Tech.ai is a neutral technology marketplace.

We do not:

  • employ technicians

  • provide direct services

  • supervise work

  • act as contractor

  • guarantee results

  • offer warranties for services or labor

The Platform merely connects clients with independent professionals.

Any relationship created is strictly between Client and Provider.


3. USER ELIGIBILITY

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have legal capacity to enter a contract

  • Not be previously banned or suspended

  • Not violate applicable local or federal law

  • Provide accurate identification and account info

We may perform identity or background verification
but make no guarantee that such processes are exhaustive.


4. ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining account confidentiality

  • secure credential handling

  • preventing unauthorized profiles

  • password rotation

You may not:

  • share accounts

  • impersonate others

  • sell or lease access

  • create fraudulent identities

Eagle-Tech.ai is not liable for damages resulting from compromised accounts.

You acknowledge:

AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or outdated logic.

Users are solely responsible for evaluating risks.


7. PROVIDERS ARE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS

Technicians, experts, and freelancers:

  • are not employees

  • are not agents

  • are not co-employed or joint-ventured

Providers cannot represent themselves as:

  • “staff”

  • “official employees”

  • “partners”

  • “authorized operators”

Violation leads to termination and potential legal action.


8. MARKETPLACE TRANSACTIONS

Clients:

  • hire Providers directly

  • negotiate pricing

  • accept or reject deliverables

  • manage project terms

  • pay through approved channels

Providers:

  • set their own rates

  • may decline jobs

  • may not coerce payment

  • are responsible for tax obligations

All disputes regarding quality, delays, or scope
are strictly Client ↔ Provider.


9. FIELD TECHNICIAN DISPATCH

The platform may display:

  • live tracking (“Uber-style”)

  • approximate arrival windows

  • estimated pricing

These are estimates only.

We do not guarantee:

  • arrival times

  • service quality

  • outcomes of work

  • safety of locations

Clients must provide safe environments, pets secured, and hazard disclosures.


10. DEVICE & PROPERTY ACCESS

Clients are responsible for:

  • granting safe access

  • disclosing security systems

  • managing visitor authorization

Providers must:

  • respect private areas

  • exit immediately when requested

  • comply with local laws


11. SUBCONTRACTING

Providers must not use subcontractors unless:

  • disclosed to the Client

  • approved in writing

  • insured equal to Provider

Undisclosed contracting is grounds for immediate termination.


12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Platform branding, name, logo, imagery, software, conversations, AI training, and documentation belong to Eagle-Tech.ai.

Users may not:

  • reverse engineer

  • scrape the platform

  • bypass paywalls

  • harvest data

  • resell AI output

  • reproduce proprietary images

Providers retain IP ownership of their code, unless contract states otherwise.


13. DATA PRIVACY & HANDLING

Users must:

  • protect sensitive data

  • obey local laws (EEA/GDPR, HIPAA, PCI, FINRA)

  • never request irrelevant personal data

  • not collect information outside project scope

The Platform may store:

  • service history

  • device metadata

  • marketplace performance metrics

  • behavioral signals for fraud & abuse

We do not store:

  • raw customer financials

  • biometric data

  • seed phrases

  • crypto private keys

  • passwords

Credential sharing is at your own risk.


14. PAYMENTS & FEES

Transaction fees may apply to:

  • Q&A monetization

  • technician bookings

  • marketplace hires

  • subscriptions

  • ecommerce purchases

  • enterprise integrations

  • API usage

Payments are final when:

  • work is accepted

  • deliverable is provided

  • contract is closed

Chargebacks may result in account suspension.


15. REFUNDS

Refunds are not guaranteed.
Refund eligibility depends on:

  • job status

  • dispute evidence

  • proof of deliverable failure

  • Platform fraud investigations

The Platform reserves the right to:

  • issue credits

  • deny refunds

  • liquidate funds for arbitration


16. SERVICE RISKS

You acknowledge the Platform cannot prevent:

  • technical mistakes

  • equipment damage

  • malware and cyberattacks

  • faulty installations

  • outages

  • business interruption

  • data corruption

  • physical injury

You assume full risk of your IT environment.


17. PROHIBITED USE CASES

You may not:

  • hack or reverse engineer systems

  • use AI for criminal instructions

  • sell stolen equipment

  • violate copyright or patents

  • impersonate providers

  • post fraudulent reviews

  • attack other users

  • extort technicians or clients

Violations may trigger legal escalation.


18. RANSOMWARE & BREACH EVENTS

Providers must:

  • stop activity immediately

  • isolate systems

  • preserve evidence

Clients must:

  • contact appropriate authorities

  • escalate to certified forensic teams

Eagle-Tech.ai does not:

  • negotiate ransom

  • provide breach remediation

  • indemnify for cyber damage


19. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • fraud

  • unsafe conduct

  • harassment

  • non-payment

  • policy violations

  • illegal activity

  • platform interference

Termination does not absolve payment obligations.


20. DISCLAIMERS

The Platform is provided “as is”.

We do not warrant:

  • uninterrupted services

  • secure outcomes

  • accuracy of AI

  • technician skill level

  • equipment availability

You use Eagle-Tech.ai at your own risk.


21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Eagle-Tech.ai is not liable for:

  • lost revenue

  • lost profits

  • device damage

  • data loss

  • reputational harm

  • incorrect repairs

  • technician misconduct

  • subcontractor actions

  • breach events

  • ransomware

Maximum damages are limited to:

the amount paid to the Platform in the previous 90 days.


22. ARBITRATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes must follow:

  1. Informal mediation

  2. Binding individual arbitration

No class actions.
No jury trial.
No group litigation.

23. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by:

Maryland State Law


24. MODIFICATIONS
