1. Purpose of This Policy
Eagle-Tech.ai uses artificial intelligence (“AI”), large language models (“LLMs”), and automated diagnostics to:

- Enhance marketplace efficiency.
This AI Ethics & Responsible Use Policy establishes:
- How the AI should be used

2. Foundational Principles
2.1 Beneficial Use
AI must be deployed in ways that:
- improve user experience,
- increase productivity,
- support decision-making,
- promote fair access to information.

4.3 Harassment or Hate

Any such activity results in immediate termination.
5. Limitations of AI

AI outputs may be:
- imprecise,
- incomplete,
- outdated,

5.2 Not Professional Advice
AI does not replace:
- certified IT experts,
- security professionals,
- legal counsel,
- accountants,
- licensed technicians.
All advice must be independently validated.
6. Model Safety Operations
Eagle-Tech.ai implements:
- abuse detection,

Problematic prompts may be:
- blocked,
- escalated,
- rate-limited,
- routed to human review.

Violation → permanent key revocation.
11. Safety Escalation Policy
If AI output may cause:

Users must:
- Pause execution
- Consult a qualified human professional
- Validate real-world implications
AI must not be used “blindly.”
12. User Responsibility & Acceptance

- They assume liability for the outcome of implementation.
Examples:

Maximum liability is:
the total platform fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

3. DATASET USE RESTRICTIONS
These terms govern training, ingestion, and dataset creation using Eagle-Tech.ai output.
3.1 No Reverse Training
Users may not use Eagle-Tech.ai output to:
- train competing AI models,
- fine-tune LLMs,
- produce derivative datasets,
- perform benchmark extraction.
This includes:
- transcription,
- paraphrasing,
- synthetic dataset generation.
3.2 No Model Extraction
Users may not attempt to:
- prompt exhaustively to reveal hidden data,
- reconstruct internal weights or embeddings,
- scrape conversational output in bulk.
Examples of banned practices:
- trying to “map” model behavior,
- attempting to create a clone of model capabilities,
- reverse engineering knowledge graphs.
3.3 No Scraping or Harvesting
It is prohibited to:
- scrape Eagle-Tech.ai knowledge base,
- harvest technician answers,
- export marketplace product metadata,
- mass-extract Q&A archives.
Automated scraping → account termination.
3.4 No Reselling of Output
AI outputs may not be:
- sold,
- listed in a marketplace,
- packaged as consulting,
- re-licensed as proprietary insight.
Unless:
Written permission from Eagle-Tech.ai is granted.
3.5 No Dataset Aggregation
User may not combine platform data with:
- 3rd-party scraped content,
- commercial datasets,
- training corpora.
Even if anonymized.
3.6 Provider Content
Technicians, experts, and freelancers retain rights to:
- authored instructions,
- custom code,
- unique guidance.
AI-generated responses do not transfer rights over Provider expertise.
3.7 Enterprise Exceptions
Enterprise licenses may be granted to:
- internal knowledge bases,
- private inference models,
- corporate troubleshooting systems.
These require:
- written contract,
- API license,
- data protection addendum.
3.8 Violations
Dataset abuse triggers:
- immediate account termination
- legal remedies
- injunctive relief
- potential claims for damages
